Each card is tied to a bank account.

A total deposit of $2,000 required for bank account and credit card.  Additional money can be put on card and drawn down at the rate of $2,000 maximum per day.

Money drawn down must be replaced in the account by the 14th of each month (may be done automatically with a Standing Order).
