International
Business Companies (IBC's) - International Business Companies (IBC's) are companies
set up in a jurisdiction where they either pay low taxes or no taxes at all. They provide
privacy, asset protection and wealth production opportunities. See also our IBC F.A.Q.
Offshore
Trusts - Offshore Trusts offer privacy and in many instances better asset protection
than IBC's. They also offer excellent prospects for wealth creation. They are
especially well suited for the protection of property from litigation and probate taxes.
Limited
Liability Companies (LLC's) - Limited Liability Companies usually involve two or more
"members" who have a voice in the management of the company. In this jurisdiction
they are called LDC's, but offer the same advantages of LLC's.
Hybrids
- Hybrids partake of the characteristics both of an IBC and of a Trust. They have definite
advantages over an IBC. This is one of the few jurisdictions that register them.
International Banks - International Banks are banks registered and
operated in low tax or no tax countries. They offer a measure of privacy not found in major
industrialized countries, while doing all the things banks can do in London and New York.
International Insurance Companies - International Insurance Companies
are used to insure the risks of large groups of persons or of smaller groups where necessary.
Those that insure the risks of smaller groups and even of one person are called
"captive insurance companies". St. Vincent has some of the most advanced laws relating
to the set-up of insurance companies at relatively low cost. A captive insurance company is
an ideal way for professionals such as physicians to insure themselves in this age of high
malpractice insurance premiums.

Mutual Funds - Mutual Funds are international funds located in an
offshore jurisdiction. They can be private or public and offer excellent opportunities to
invest internationally.
Offshore Bank Accounts - Offshore Bank Accounts provide more privacy
and asset protection than one in a major industrialized country.
Offshore Credit Cards - Offshore Credit Cards are offered through an
offshore bank and have their paper trails going back to such a bank.
Shelf Companies - Shelf Companies are already formed IBC's and Trusts
that can be purchased immediately. They are especially useful if you need to show that you
own an entity that is a few years old. |
